Pennsylvania Medicaid Preferred Drug List

The Pennsylvania Medicaid Preferred Drug List (PDL) is available here, make sure to click on the Pennsylvania PDL PDF. Please note, each Managed Care Organization (MCO) has its own formulary. If the recipient is in Managed Care they will have to check with their respective MCO if they have questions about coverage. This document replaces the previous, outdated PA Medicaid Asthma Formularies document that was found on our website.

 

PAP Workgroup Evaluation Final Report Now Available!

Following the November 7, 2011 Full Partnership Meeting, an evaluation was distributed to all PAP members. The final report of the evaluation is available to download.

 

American Lung Association's New Report: The Burden of Asthma on Hispanics

The American Lung Association has released a new report, Luchando por el Aire: The Burden of Asthma on Hispanics, which provides an overview of the complex biological, environmental, political and cultural factors that increase asthma's burden on the Hispanic population in Pennsylvania and across the country. Asthma Toolkit PDF Print E-mail

We are proud to be able to provide you with a free downloadable copy of the Pennsylvania Pediatric Asthma Toolkit! The Philadelphia Allies Against Asthma (PAAA) Coalition and the Pennsylvania Department of Health have developed the Pennsylvania Pediatric Asthma Toolkit. The goal in developing this toolkit is to improve asthma education resources among community-based organizations, primary care providers, and schools. This toolkit has been designed to provide you with tools and information to educate your communities, patients, and students about asthma.

This toolkit is now being distributed state-wide through the Pennsylvania Asthma Partnership, which is managed by the American Lung Association of Pennsylvania and is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Health through a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
